How long does shipping take?
Packing and dispatch times are between 1-2 working days (2-4 days for made to order items), with all earrings sent via Royal Mail Standard 1st Class (non-tracked). Your earrings should arrive with you within 1-2 working days of dispatch but may take longer due to postal delays. Please email daisyandbeejewellery@gmail.com for any enquiries regarding dispatch and shipping, about your order, or if you wish for your earrings to be sent via tracked delivery.
Shipping times will vary for international orders.
How do I look after my new earrings?
Care has been taken to make sure your earrings are the best possible quality and arrive in perfect condition. When removing studs from backing cards, please be gentle! Please avoid wearing your earrings in water, as this may effect the metal findings. If your earrings get dirty, simply take a damp cloth or cotton bud to remove any marks (avoid the metal though, as moisture encourages tarnishing!).
Please try to store your earrings carefully to avoid them getting damaged or scratched - you can even keep the backing cards for this, and storing them away from sunlight, in airtight storage or in a jewellery box will help the longevity of your earrings. Your earrings have been handmade with love, so please treat them the same! Polymer clay is tough and durable but should still be handled with care.
Can I still buy from your website even if I don't live in the UK?
Prices of international shipping are dependent on where in the world you are and the weight of your parcel. For this reason, I don't currently have international shipping as an option at checkout BUT I do offer it! Please just message me on Instagram or send me an email and we'll be able to discuss the options.
Why do my earrings look different to the ones in the listing?
Due to the nature of polymer clay, every pair of earrings is completely unique. To avoid lots of different listings, often I will take a picture of one and use this for all of the same style - I try my best to make sure every pair is as similar as possible, but there may be some small differences!
Do you take custom orders?
I don't often advertise doing custom orders as I have a lot of work on as it is, however, if there is a particular design you have in mind or you'd like something similar to an existing pair of earrings I already sell (different size, colour etc) please get in touch with me. I might be able to make what you're after, and I'm always open to creating your ideas!
I've seen a pair of earrings I want to buy on your Instagram/website but they're out of stock. Will you be making these again?
Due to the nature of polymer clay, I make my jewellery in small batches so product launches are often in limited quantities and may sell out quick. I'm always happy to restock items but usually only do if there is a demand for them! If there are pairs you'd like but couldn't get your hands on, send me an email or message on instagram and i'll see what I can do!
The earrings I want are listed with gold hooks, but I only wear silver. Can this be changed?
Of course! Everyone has different preferences that I am more than happy to accomodate for. If you'd like your hooks/posts changed to something different just leave a message in the note section of your order letting me know.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, I try to use as little plastic as possible. The tissue paper, cardboard box, shredded paper, business cards, thank you cards and earring cards are all recyclable - please also try to reuse these where possible.
How can I leave a review?
I don't currently have a way of leaving a review on the website, but if you would like to leave one, please either email it to me or message me on Instagram!
